This section of our website is for you if you are:
- a parent or carer of a young person age 13 – 19
- a parent or carer of a young person age 13 – 25 who has a learning difficulty and/or disability
- a young person who is a parent or carer
You will find details about how we work with young people, including young parents and carers, as well as up-to-date information that will help you to support your son or daughter through their teenage years and into adulthood.
From understanding the choices available for education or finding information on work and training, to dealing with teenage health or relationship issues – we can help you.
Remember to look at our noticeboard for our latest news and details of any forthcoming events.
We are here to help your son or daughter make the right decisions based on the results that they get.
- Watch our online videos. They give some great tips for parents and carers about results. There is a video for GCSE results and one for A/AS/A2 results.
- You can read our results day fact sheets. There's one for GCSE results and one for A/AS/A2 results.
…and most importantly you can encourage your son or daughter to come and see us. We will be in school and college on Results Day. Or you can call into in your nearest Connexions Centre. Our Connexions Centres are open to you too, feel free to call in and see us.
