Connexions Staffordshire Ltd employs approximately 300 people in a variety of roles. Our staff work in Connexions Centres, schools, colleges, work based learning provider premesis, young offender secure establishments, Job Centres other community and partner venues across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent and at our Head Office in Stafford.

Many staff are employed as advisers, delivering information, advice and guidance to young people or to adults throughout the region.  We also employ people in various operational support functions such as IAG Support, Human Resources, ICT and Finance.

We have held Investors in People (IIP) accreditation since 2005 and we recognise that our people are indeed our greatest asset which is why all of our staff receive the training they need to be effective in their roles.
