How we work
The broad purpose of Connexions Staffordshire is:
- to support young people, particularly in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, to develop their skills, education, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals.
- to help adults across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent to become economically active, raising their aspirations and supporting their progression.

- Know about the pathways and choices open to them and have developed the skills and confidence to make well-informed decisions.
Our Mission
We will:
- Offer all clients a range of practical help and support when they need it and at the level they need
- Encourage all clients to aim as high as they can
- Promote the inclusion of all clients who are on the margins or who may be excluded for whatever reason
- Speak up for all clients and help them speak up for themselves
- Influence our partners to provide the right pathways and services for all clients
- Actively involve all clients in the planning and design of their service.
